LANCASTER RALLIES TO END LOBOS' SEASON

Lancaster kicked a field goal with three seconds left to earn a 27-24 victory over Longview in the Regional-Semifinals of the playoffs. Longview led 24-10 at the half, but struggled on offense in the second half.  Lancaster moves on to play Forney in the 5A Division I Regional Finals. Hats off to the Lobos for an outstanding 11-2 season, and congratulations to Lancaster for a well-deserved win. GAME STORY

Lobos clinch district title with win over Tyler

Longview's running game was unstoppable again with a 34-12 victory over Tyler High -- clinching a district championship and first-round home playoff game. GAME STORY

Longview remains undefeated in district with win against McKinney North, 36-13

Longview's running game was unstoppable Oct. 21 as the Lobos rolled to a 36-13 victory over the McKinney North Bulldogs, 36-13, to remain undefeated in district play. Taylor Tatum rushed for 151 yards and Kelvin "Boosie" Washington rushed for 133.

Lobos shut out North Mesquite, 63-0

The Lobos improved to 6-1 overall and 4-0 in district play with a 63-0 blowout win over the North Mesquite Stallions at Lobo Stadium Oct. 13. NM drops to 1-6 overall and 0-4 in district.  Both Longview and McKinney North are 6-1 and 4-0 in district play. They will meet each other Oct. 20 at McKinney ISD Stadium for the district showdown.
