Johnny Hamilton has been a member of the Longview High School coaching staff since 2006 and serves as assistant athletic director. He assists with the administration of Longview ISD's athletic programs while continuing to support the Lobos football program.

Hamilton graduated from Ouachita Parish High School in Monroe, La., before earning a bachelor's degree from Northwestern State University in 2005. He began his coaching career at Ouachita Junior High School before joining the Longview coaching staff.
