Jonny Louvier joined the Longview High School coaching staff in 2026 after a successful career as a head football coach and assistant coach throughout East Texas. 

A graduate of Gladewater High School, Louvier was a standout quarterback for the Bears before beginning a coaching career that included head coaching stops at Gladewater, Frankston and Spring Hill, along with assistant coaching positions at Arp, Tyler Legacy, Gladewater and Winnsboro.

Louvier returned to Longview following five seasons as Gladewater's head coach and athletic director, where he led the Bears to multiple playoff appearances, including a regional final in 2021. 

He joined the Lobos in 2026, bringing more than two decades of coaching experience to one of Texas' premier high school football programs.
