Landry Pepper joined the Longview High School coaching staff in 2024 after spending five years coaching at Foster Middle School. In 2026, he was elevated to the Lobos' varsity coaching staff.

A 2014 graduate of Longview High School, Pepper earned his degree from Texas State University in 2019. He returned to his alma mater to help develop the next generation of Lobo football players.
