Scott Hartt joined the Longview High School coaching staff in 2009 and serves as linebackers coach. During his time with the Lobos, he has helped develop one of Texas' premier high school football programs, including the 2018 Class 6A Division II state championship team.

Hartt is a graduate of Marshall High School and attended The University of Texas.
