Stephen Wilson joined the Longview High School coaching staff in 2024 after serving as an assistant coach at Foster Middle School from 2013-24. 

A graduate of Longview High School, Wilson attended Texas A&M University before returning to his hometown to help develop the next generation of Lobo football players.

Wilson works with the Longview freshman program, helping prepare student-athletes for success at the varsity level.
