Tim Sanders joined the Longview High School coaching staff in 2026 as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. 

He brings experience at both the collegiate and professional levels, including time as an offensive analyst at Oklahoma State University and as an offensive coordinator at Anderson University, where his offense set multiple school records. 

Sanders was hired to lead the Lobos' offense and quarterback development beginning with the 2026 season.
